Casey is an accomplished director/producer with more than 20 years’ experience in film and TV. Her media leadership experience has helped her build a creative coaching style with a unique perspective and appreciation that human capital is every organization’s greatest asset.
Now turned certified coach (CPCC, PCC), trainer, keynote speaker and the host of the hit podcast, "Women with Balls… in the Air," Casey is a strategic and innovative professional who translates business vision into HR initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement.
Casey empowers leaders and top executives to advance through tough challenges while coaching their visions and strategies into actionable, value-added goals. She is a recognized, courageous and empathic thought leader who is best known for her relatability and non-judgmental approach while coaching her clients.
In her free time, Casey coaches her daughter's flag football team - “Go Dolphins!” - and produces videos for nonprofit organizations which allows her to be a passionate advocate for community outreach.
Casey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Intrapersonal Communication from William Paterson University and two coaching certificates with the International Coaching Federations (ICF) and Co-Active Training Institute (CTI).
