Jack is a seasoned international human resources professional and C-suite leadership consultant and coach. He has a proven track record of successful organization transformations and leadership development strategies resulting in growth and profit for the company. He has built out human resource infrastructures for start-ups and reorganized HR in established organizations to better support their business strategy. Jack is a trusted advisor to senior leaders and sought out for his ability to translate business needs with people solutions.
Jack has a great depth of experience in every aspect of Human Capital Management including employee relations, performance management, leadership development, talent management, compensation and benefits,
and mergers and acquisitions. This has enabled him to help companies build robust human resource programs that attract, engage and retain talent.
Jack has over 20 years experience as the senior HR executive and member of the senior leadership team for several organizations, including Royal & Sun Alliance, Argo Group International and Crum & Forster Insurance Company.
He received his BA in Human Resources Management and Psychology from Upsala College and continued his professional development attending the Negotiation program at Harvard University and the Senior Human Resource Leadership program at Stanford. Jack is a member of The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and a certified Leadership Circle Profile assessor.
Additionally, Jack has served on the board of directors for the American Red Cross of Greater Hartford and currently serves on the board of trustees for Morris Arts.
