Shaina has many years of administrative and project coordination experience working in the HR and marketing fields for large and small employers.
Her skills in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and working on multiple moving parts of a project make her an asset to our team. She focuses on learning and understanding all aspects of the organization and has a strong work ethic, with communication being key.
Shaina holds degrees in Psychology and Business Administration, and certifications in the medical field. She also has experience working in a childcare setting, so has the patience of a saint!
In her spare time she loves doing things with her two children, going to the beach, and getting away to her mom’s house in Puerto Rico.
