Mental Health Awareness Month
We recognize that mental health is a vital part of overall wellbeing - at home, at work, and in every aspect of life. Established in 1949 by Mental Health America, Mental Health Awareness Month is a time to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and promote open conversations around mental health.

Each May, individuals and organizations across the country come together to educate, support, and advocate for greater access to mental health care and resources. This month serves as a powerful reminder: mental health matters, and no one should face their challenges alone.

If you or someone you know is struggling, help is available. You are not alone.

Call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline—free, confidential support 24/7.
