Isabelle serves as our Director of Client Success and leads our Operations. She is a Human Resource professional with more than ten years of experience in HR administration as well as having generalist experience in HR and staffing. Isabelle is the link between our clients and our amazing consultants, focusing on processes and ensuring the Crothers culture is displayed and felt by all.
As a generalist, Isabelle oversaw employee relations cases, and conducted various employee training sessions such as in performance management. Isabelle spent her early years in HR positions with progressively increased responsibility at Fortune-level firms such as AIG and AT&T. These provided her with a solid foundation which she draws upon for current small- and middle market clients.
Isabelle has a strong background in staffing and discovering talent for professional services industries, such as AIG and AT&T. She has significant expertise in creative sourcing, research, candidate development and operational effectiveness. With exceptional client service communication skills, she is very adaptable to changing environments, putting “first things first.” She is always willing to exceed her client’s expectations and go above and beyond whenever needed.
Additionally, Isabelle has worked in elementary education as a paraprofessional for special needs children, providing varying degrees of cognitive and behavioral support to allow students to achieve personal independence and academic success.
Isabelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Trinity College in Burlington, VT. In her leisure time, she enjoys time with her college-age children, skiing, gardening, and riding on the back of a motorcycle.
