Annette is an accomplished and vibrant HR professional with a proven track record of internal structuring, recruitment, coaching, employee relations, mentoring, and program management. With over 25 years’ experience in human resources, education, and social services, Annette has created partnerships in the public and private sectors, as well as in for-profit and nonprofit social service agencies.
With strengths in recruitment, retention, internal investigations, training and development, Annette utilizes those skills to create and facilitate performance-based initiatives to identify and retain quality candidates. As an onboarding specialist, she designed a performance based pre- and post-evaluation process that created solid fiscal oversight and decreased turnover.
To assist her clients with their organizational strategic planning and provide leadership, Annette has incorporated the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) model into her repertoire and utilizes this practical tool to help her clients gain the "traction" they need to progress. She also works with our clients’ HR professionals to help them gain comfort in their role and responsibilities. Sitting side-by-side in person or virtually, she supports them as they experience new and challenging HR initiatives or employee relations activities.
As an educator, she designed and implemented a variety of educational curricula to include a training manual for the Chemical Abuse Resistance Education program in support of children with special needs for the New York City Board of Education. Using her grant-writing skills, Annette secured and managed deliverables and fiscal oversight for Innovation and Expansion Grant funds from the New Jersey Department of Vocational Rehabilitation for over four years.
Annette has utilized her diverse background as a skilled educator, program manager and HR specialist to design and implement programs in the traditional brick and mortar setting, web-based training initiatives, workplace seminars, and counseling and mentoring programs for employees, managers, and students.
She received her Master of Science in Criminal Justice and Business Administration from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL, and her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the College of New Rochelle, NY. In addition, Annette has her Certified Social Worker license, and is a certified Work Incentives Practitioner. A member of SHRM, she also is licensed in Health, Life, Property and Casualty for the State of New Jersey and holds a certification in HR from Cornell University.
Annette enjoys the beach and supporting her two boys in lacrosse, football, and their other interests.
