Francine is a seasoned Talent Management Consultant, Executive Coach and Industrial & Organizational Psychologist. With over 20 years of experience as an internal HR and Talent Executive, she understands first-hand the challenges her clients face, as organizational leaders, HR professionals and individual executives.
Her clients span industries, sectors, sizes and levels of maturity. They include Fortune 500, middle market and high growth companies in financial and professional services, and tech and service industries. Together with her extensive external consulting experiences and coaching engagements, Francine has a proven track record of helping organizations and individual business leaders meet their organizational and professional objectives.
Francine’s consulting practice focuses on two main client groups - organizations and individual leaders (executive coaching). To organizations, she provides talent-related thought leadership, strategic advisement and hands-on support. She designs and executes leading-edge, scalable talent frameworks, processes and resources that maximize employee performance, engagement and retention.
Focusing on all phases of the employee experience (e.g., hiring, onboarding, developing, advancing), she helps organizations drive and measure change, as well as build and reinforce their present and desired future-state culture.
When working with organizations, Francine also partners with CEOs, C-Suite teams and CHROs to help structure their Human Resources function, operations and culture to best meet the business’ needs and objectives. She designs and builds talent acquisition, talent management and learning and leadership development functions, teams and processes.
As an executive coach, Francine partners with executives, leaders and high-potentials in addressing their unique challenges, including developing leadership skills and transitioning into new roles and organizations. She frequently incorporates assessments (self and 360-degree) of capabilities, values, personality, and work styles into coaching engagements.

Francine earned a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at the University of Connecticut, Storrs, and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brandeis University. She is certified in the Hogan Personality Assessment.
She stays active by cycling, downhill skiing and traveling. She cherishes talking, laughing and continuing to have memorable moments with her children and friends.
