Mindy is a hands-on Human Resource expert with over 20 years of increasing level business partnership and HR leadership experience across diverse industries. She has a proven track record of delivering innovative programs and solutions related to talent strategy, compensation, and organizational development. These enterprise-wide initiatives have strengthened employee engagement and triggered significant cost savings.
She is a trusted advisor and empathetic HR leader who is passionate about creating a company culture that is focused on improving the quality of employee’s lives. Mindy has consistently coached and mentored leaders in managing change and developing effective teams. Her transparent communication style and strong partnership have driven successful outcomes in the areas of trust, accountability and organizational alignment.
Mindy led the restructuring and implementation of a shared service center inclusive of payroll, accounting/finance, and customer service, to streamline operational practices and facilitate a cohesive company culture. She has shaped talent development strategy by implementing training programs designed to strengthen team dynamics and overall organizational culture. Programs included conflict management, impact bias, diversity and inclusion, and other team building related experiences.
In addition, she created, and put into practice, a Benefits strategy with a focus on cost savings and automation. Introduced an online enrollment system that improved accuracy and reduced costs by $3 million.
Mindy holds a MBA from Fairleigh Dickenson University and a BS from Trenton State College (TCNJ) with a Certificate in Advanced Human Resources from the University of Michigan. She is also an active member of SHRM.
Mindy enjoys swimming, hiking and travelling. She volunteers with Houses to Homes by building homes in Guatemala and provides community support with Food Banks.
