Karen J. Williams

Karen draws on over 20 years of HR experience working with businesses both large and small to create impactful HR solutions for clients. She is passionate about the opportunities to support clients' entrepreneurial dreams and help them build a thriving organizational culture.

Prior to joining Crothers Consulting, she has advised leaders at Citigroup,
Barclays, and ADP on various initiatives including, organizational reform, reduction-in-force, workforce planning, location strategy, compensation process and reward practices, talent assessment and succession planning, and complex employee relations issues.


She received her bachelor's degree in English and Psychology from Boston College, master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University, and Organizational Coaching Certification from New York University. She is also a Senior Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP).


Karen is actively involved in her community including volunteering with the Monmouth Regional Health Commission and with her local parent advisory group on special education. She has also devoted her HR skills in volunteer capacities as a Job Coach for the JBJ Soul Kitchen and as an HR Consultant for Monmouth Arts.


Otherwise, she is pursuing one of her favorite activities including exploring the world with her husband and two sons whenever possible and immersing in a good book.
