She brings deep expertise in executive team development, cultural transformation, and talent strategy, working across a range of industries and company stages—from Fortune 500s to scaling tech start-ups.

Her work spans leadership development, succession planning, organizational design, workforce transformation, culture renovation, and performance enablement—always with a keen focus on measurable business results.

She has served as Chief People Officer for high-growth technology and services companies including Pax8, Enavate, and CPI Card Solutions, and spent over a decade at KeyBank Equipment Finance, where she held senior executive roles in both HR and Strategy.
Lori has led enterprise-wide transformations, built talent frameworks for global businesses, and designed and delivered executive coaching and development experiences for organizations undergoing significant change. She is also a skilled facilitator of strategic planning, executive offsites, and modern leadership topics, (i.e. multi-generational leadership, AI transformation).
Based in Colorado, Lori has coached and consulted with leaders across North America and Europe. She holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. She serves on both association and private boards and volunteers in the workforce development space for government and non-government organizations.
Lori enjoys spending time with her 3 Gen-Z children in the Colorado mountains, experiencing new cultures and cuisines and reading/discussing good books.
