Sharon has over 20 years of global corporate experience, including more than nine years of experience as a consultant, facilitator and coach. Her expertise in human capital development and strategy focuses primarily on leadership and talent development, executive and career coaching, change management and organizational development.


She works with individuals, teams and organizations to improve performance, enhance organizational effectiveness, and to drive transformational change. She partners with organizations to design and deliver tailored and integrated learning programs and strategic initiatives.


Sharon’s coaching and consulting engagements span from Fortune 500 companies to the non-profit sector and startups. Her industry experience is extensive - financial services, digital media, technology, media and entertainment, marketing and advertising, government, education, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, hospitality, health care, and legal. She has a proven track record in helping organizations and senior executives meet their goals as well as excel in their roles to create an impact on their business and teams.


In the coaching arena, her effective coaching ability has literally transformed the careers of hundreds of people. Her approach to coaching involves working with leaders to evaluate and improve their effectiveness using theories of emotional and positive intelligence.


Through conversations, assessments and observations, Sharon assists her clients in developing their self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management as a catalyst to improve their leadership. She creates tangible goals and measurable outcomes as part of each coaching engagement to ensure alignment with organizational goals. She also is a career coach specializing in working with college graduates to C-suite level executives.


Sharon had a successful career leading human resources at global banks and organizations such as Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, Everyday Health and Blue Cross Blue Shield. She has proven success in retaining and growing top talent by helping business leaders optimize employee performance and inspire teams to drive results.


Sharon holds a Masters in Applied Behavioral Science and Counseling from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. from University of Maryland, College Park. She is certified in the MBTI, Hogan, EQ-I 2.0, Benchmarks 360, The Predictive Index (PDI 360 Profilor), DiSC, Tracom Social Styles, Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument to name a few. Sharon is a member of the Global Leadership Alliance, AWARE (Assisting Women through Actions, Resources and Education) and is leadership mentor and corporate advocate for Women Unlimited Inc.


Travel, cycling and downhill skiing are how she stays curious and active. Sharon cherishes spending quality time with her son, family and friends, and has a passion for Broadway and the arts.
