Prior to joining Crothers Consulting, John successfully led Corporate Human Resource programs and services during peaks of growth and restructuring. He has proven success in increasing employee engagement, satisfaction and retention by creating successful on-going programs. His collaborative approach has helped him to support and coach managers in difficult employee situations, as well as investigations. He has forecasted workforce needs and implemented plans to meet future needs by executing successful recruitment strategies.
He enjoys guiding management in the design of performance and compensation programs, managing labor relation negotiations and establishing effective employee recognition programs.
John has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey. He is a Certified Gallup Strength Coach, completed Disney Institute Customer Service and Leadership Excellence Training program, and is a member of New Jersey Society for Human Resource Management (NJSHRM).
Outside of work hours John enjoys spending time with his wife and family, reading, gardening, and a variety of outdoor activities.
