She has a strong focus on designing compensation plans and programs that attract and retain critical talent in today's highly competitive market.
Having worked for multinational and Fortune 500 companies including Footaction, WebMD, AOL and USA Today, Kimberly has redesigned core compensation operations, driven change management initiatives, and handled HR due diligence and integration activities for company acquisitions. She is highly professional and comfortable handling sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information.
Kimberly has a bachelors degree in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
An avid hockey mom, she lives in northern New Jersey with her husband, two sons and their yellow Lab, Maggie Mae.
