Jean Rowe

Jean is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Oncology Certified Social Worker and Certified Journal Therapist.

Her original group journaling programs include themes around addressing burnout and stress, compassion fatigue, change management, gratitude, self-care, fear, grief and loss. The journal drop-ins temper the triggers of everyday life and coping. Grounded in all of her programs is the importance of self-care.

Jean witnesses the powerful yet subtle transformations that take place in her clients and cheers them on at every step. As one client reflected, “simple moves pack a big punch.”

She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina. Jean and her husband Bryan live in the Western North Carolina mountains where they love hiking to see panoramic views and breathe in delicious air.
