This workshop introduces participants to legal and practical knowledge to have a workplace that is respectful, inclusive and legally appropriate. It also informs participants about their next steps and responsibility should they suspect anything is not. Examples and case studies are discussed and worked through as a group to deepen learning.

This training is mandatory in many states (such as CA, MA, NJ and NY) and will go hand-in-hand with your employment policies. A shortened 1 hour version can deal with 1 or 2 of the topics, but not all.
