Karey Wong

Karey has over ten years of experience in Executive, Broad-base, Commission, and Sales Compensation Management. She has created annual incentive plans, built salary bands, KPI dashboards, EBITDA Performance and Payout Matrix and streamlined Performance Process (from an objective and leadership competency side) for global companies ranging from 100 - 190,000 employees.

Her specialties include designing incentive programs (AIP or STIP), pay structure (pay bands/pay grades) and career architecture/job libraries by business units from scratch. Training and advising start-ups on how to manage performance, KPIs, and total rewards programs is her passion.


Karey has certificates and memberships at creditable institutions such as World at Works (CCP), NYCA, SHRM, Toast Master, Six Sigma Green Belt, Workday and she is currently in the process of obtaining her PMP certificate. She has a graduate degree in finance from Pace University. 


With visits to 34 countries, Karey is eager to explore more parts of the world. Most of her family lives in Melbourne, Australia.
