Why Am I Feeling This Way?
Understanding the Stages of Grief (R3)
In almost an instant we feel the world has changed, and it has. We know this is temporary, but it doesn’t feel that way, and we realize things will be different. The loss of normalcy; the fear of economic toll; the loss of connection. This is hitting us and we’re grieving. Collectively. This course is designed to break down the different emotional stages of grief, as well as provide thoughtful insight on how to proactively navigate through the different phases of grief to allow and foster healing, optimism and introspective thought.
Amp Up Your Self-Care to Ward Off Illness (R4)
Contracting the coronavirus or severe illness is something we all worry about to some degree, and yet there are many external factors that are beyond our control. What IS in our control is how we take care of ourselves, medically, emotional, spiritually and physically. This course will arm the participant with creative ways to improve their ability to fight off infection, provide insight on the connection between mind, body and spirit, and give the tools to amp up self-care.
Managing Time and Stress (R5)
As organizations grow and change, it is even more critical that employees work smarter and manage their time well to avoid breeding stress. This workshop discusses the importance of managing time and stress, and not letting it impede one’s mission to work effectively on the job.
Participants will learn how to organize their day so that it is more productive and less stressful, since unmanaged stress can lead to lower levels of teamwork and customer service, diminished employee commitment, and lower productivity. Learn practical guidelines for managing one’s time and handling the unavoidable stress.
Dealing With and Managing Fears
and Anxieties (R6)
The anxiety that society feels is palpable. Often when we feel stricken with fear, we develop tunnel vision which causes us to become fixated on things beyond our control. This can lead to chronic anxiety and emotional unrest.
This workshop provides a detailed breakdown on how the mind responds to crisis, and helps guide the participant to increased self-awareness, mindfulness and inner strength to build and increase personal resilience.
The Art of Staying Positive, Productive, and
Sane During Times of Uncertainty (R7)
As COVID-19 completely travels around the world and brings many into isolation, even while social distancing. It can be extremely difficult for many to not be around people and finding an activity to keep the time moving is critical for basic sanity and emotional health. This webinar will highlight the importance of practicing a positive mindset, and learn ways to tap into our inner mental power to drive improved emotional health and business outcomes.
Design the Life You Love Workshop (R8)
Deconstructing and breaking current reality is necessary to enable us to shift our perspective to see the same things differently, in order to reconstruct a new reality that is more than the sum of its parts. Helping people get focused on what matters most and how they can begin to refocus their life to achieve what they desire.
Your Reset Through Writing (R9)
A new year brings the opportunity for a reset. While resolutions are noble, a reset is about small shifts, progress rather than an overall finish line. This can be a relief when making even the tiniest of changes. Using simple journal techniques with a cohort of others can be empowering, validating and uplifting. If you knew that 5 minutes of writing might help, would you give it a try?
Week 1: Clean Slate (45 minutes)
You have a blank canvas for intentions and visions. Just one intention is fine! Example - I’m going to try taking a walk around lunchtime 10 minutes a day. I’ll try this 3x a week and see how it feels.
Week 2: I have no time! (Or do I?) (45 minutes)
What is the story you make up about your time? Does your calendar need a makeover? Do I need to have a 1:1 with How To Say No and Feel Okay About It?
Week 3: Oxygen Mask: Me First (45 minutes)
You can be your first priority, and it is not selfish. We can burn up to a crisp in how we care for others while we suffer ourselves. Let’s change how that looks! You can give yourself permission to do this.
Four Week Developing Mindfulness (R10)
Each week will include a group guided meditation (which will be recorded and shared), and participants are given techniques to begin immediately using throughout the week. They will also share findings collected through the week.
Week 1: Where to Start (45 minutes)
Week 2: Letting Go (45 minutes)
Week 3: Getting Clear (45 minutes)
Week 4: Mastering the Practice (45 minutes)
Redefining This Moment: Repurpose Your Stress for Your Greatest Comeback Yet (R11)
This webinar will provide participants with powerful tools and techniques to understand the effects of stress that are inhibiting their highest potential. We’ll explore ideas and participate in exercises that will encourage participants to think differently as they cultivate and actualize an action plan forward.
Participants will walk away feeling motivated to shift their life in a way that brings health, joy and meaning. By making positive shifts alongside their team, leaders benefit by staying accountable to one another’s personal and professional growth.
This program can be customized to meet the needs of your team.
The Science of Happiness (R12)
What is the pursuit of happiness? How do we find it? How do we hold on to it? What does it mean to us professionally and/or personally?
We’ve been taught that if we work hard, we will be successful, and then we’ll be happy. If we can just find that great job, get a raise, lose those five pounds, happiness will follow. However, discoveries in the field of positive psychology have shown that this formula is actually backward: happiness fuels success, not the other way around.
When we are positive our brains become more engaged, creative, motivated, energetic, resilient and productive. While happiness can seem ephemeral and a “soft” topic, there are numerous studies using scientific data studying neural brain science that proves happier people are more productive, healthier, and have greater well-being in their lives.
In this workshop, participants will use a framework to define what happiness means to each of us and create our own well-being formula.
Resilience - It’s Time to Drop the Rock (R13)
Everyday resilience is the ability to overcome the day-to-day disruptions or disturbances that hinder us. Limiting beliefs, interpretations and assumptions can also weigh us down, adding rocks to the proverbial backpack that we all carry. Neuroscience explains how we respond to challenges using our automatic default modes and why we get triggered, and equally important, why habits are difficult to change.
A Resilience Framework will illuminate how to build resilience, relieving stress and overwhelm. Through in-depth discussion, this workshop will have participants examine how to remove these rocks and identify tools and strategies to build resilience.
Lead into Your Strengths (R14)
Why is it so hard for us to do? There are many answers to this question, but ultimately it begins with identifying and articulating our values. Strengths are our innate abilities, while skills are learned through training or experience. Although every person has certain signature strengths most people are not truly aware of the strengths they possess.
Learn how to become more self-aware of your strengths and create a plan to further develop and optimize them. Research has shown that leaning into your strengths creates higher levels of well-being and leads to greater overall success.
Empathy is the most important ingredient in all relationships, especially work relationships.
This interactive workshop explores the power of empathy when it comes to engaging a diverse workforce as well as provides effective tips and strategies for fine-tuning your empathy skills. Employed properly, empathy is simple and yet so powerful. Many times, we get this wrong because we want to fix, change, rescue or problem solve - participation will help "get it right."
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of empathy, why it matters and its benefits. In addition, they will learn strategies to employ empathy, the questions to ask, how to improve relations and assist in becoming a more productive team member or effective leader.
Imposter Syndrome refers to a psychological phenomenon where individuals doubt their accomplishments and have a persistent fear of being exposed as frauds. It affects high-achieving individuals and can manifest as self-doubt, fear of failure, and a persistent belief that one's success is undeserved.
This workshop will teach participants how to:
