Tracy is a Global Human Resources executive with nearly thirty years experience in the financial services industry, focusing on strategic HR planning, organizational design, global compensation, and cultural initiatives.
As a worldwide HR manager and business partner, Tracy specializes in partnering with leaders and executives to accelerate results, increase effectiveness and manage change in challenging times.
Tracy worked for Lehman Brothers for over 20 years in positions of increasing impact including HR generalist, manager of Global Compensation, and head of Global Human Resources. She continued as the Global Head of HR through the Lehman bankruptcy and acquisition of the US broker-dealer by Barclays Capital. As Global Head of Human Resources, Tracy’s scope included management of a team of over 200 HR professionals, covering 22,000 employees in 14 global locations.
More recently, Tracy worked with EverBank Human Resources for eight years. She joined the EverBank Commercial Finance business in 2010 as Human Resources Leader during a time of acquisition and expansion. Her work focused on business performance, succession/talent review, leadership and team development, performance management, talent acquisition, engagement, inclusion, and organizational design. She successfully partnered with senior management in the business transformation of ECF into the Commercial Division of EverBank, and the acquisition/integration of EverBank by TIAA in 2017-2018.
One of Tracy’s areas of expertise is compensation design, including executive compensation, equity-based pay programs, sales incentive plans, and retention programs. She has successfully worked with top management on aligning compensation and recognition programs to attract and retain top talent in new businesses and acquisitions.
Tracy loves scuba diving and often can be found sailing the Caribbean or other exotic tropical seas. While at home, she loves cooking, old movies, and playing with Zoey, her golden doodle.
